What are the contract terms?

You can choose between monthly, semi-annual or annual payment intervals.

Depending on the payment interval, different payment methods are available to you:

  • SEPA payment (all payment intervals)
  • Paypal payment (monthly payment only)
  • Payment on account (only semi-annual or annual payment and activation by our support required)
  • Payment in advance (semi-annual payment only)

Can I increase my storage space if it's not big enough?

Yes, this is possible. Log into the system and select the up/downgrade button under "Contract->Subscription". Select your new package with more storage space and perform a package upgrade. The upgrade becomes active with the next billing period. If you wish, you can also activate the upgrade immediately for a one-off payment pro rata temporis.

Can I reduce my storage space if I need less storage?

Yes, that is possible. To do this, contact our support. This will help you downgrade your package.

However, please note that we can only downgrade if your account has enough free storage space. If necessary, you can delete recordings to free up storage space.

Does sags.digital also participate in tenders?

Of course you can also send us your tender documents to support@sags.digital. Many of our customers are authorities or public institutions that are forced to place orders in a tendering process.

Is it still possible to conclude packages for major customers with individual conditions?

Of course. Are you looking for a complete solution for an entire organization, an entire association or even an entire federal state? Then we would be happy to discuss your wishes with you personally. Customizations can also be implemented. Simply send us your request to support@sags.digital.

Are there SLAs / support contracts?

With the directly booked packages we offer you standard support via email. E-mails are usually answered within 24 hours.

Of course, we also provide you with personal service level agreements for larger purchase quantities or against separate conditions and guarantee your desired response times. Please send us an inquiry about this.

What happens to my saved videos and files upon/after termination?

If you turn off the automatic renewal of your contract, your contract will continue as long as it is paid for. Your content (recordings and files) will remain stored for this long.

As soon as the contract ends, our system will automatically book you into the free subscription. For example, you only have 10GB of storage space available. Our system therefore deletes all data from your account until you fall below the 10GB storage limit. Which data will be deleted cannot be predicted. However, you can get ahead of the system and delete as much data at the end of your regular package term until your package is below the 10GB limit. Then no data will be deleted when switching to the free package.
